Resolved Access issues

    Our system administrators are currently working on resolving this problem as soon as possible.

  2. Any post-mortem on this one? Needing to explain to a new customer that this and the one last week were anomalies and everything's OK.

    The issue has been resolved. Our system administrators are monitoring the issue.

    A backend ISCI connection went haywire and reset itself while the system admins were troubleshooting. This is the first time we saw this happen.
    About 400 sites experienced slowness/latency and some sites experienced an outage.
    The duration was about 15 minutes.
