Is is possible to have different certificate for subdomains? For example, a RapidSSL cert specific to only one subdomain and also a Let's Encrypt wildcard cert to handle all other subdomains?
Yes, it's possible. In our hosting environment we use SNI and we also give you the ability to bind a certain host name to a certain SSL Certificate. Our control panel has a bind SSL section under the certain site account.
