Resolved and monitoring Networking issue

    Our system administrators are investigating the networking issue that makes the sites and other services slow or unresponsive. They should be able to resolve it soon.
  2. Guys, why do networking issues continue to take down the sites? If the system is fully redundant as you market and promote, this should never, ever happen. This is really getting old. What gives?

    The issue was resolved. All services should now work and respond normally.
  4. What was the issue and the resolution?

    Something really has to change here--either your policies, processes, people or gear--or all of these elements.

    But this is the 3rd documented network issue that blocks sites and email in less than the past month. That's a client outage almost once per week. This really is not sustainable, and we're tired of eating crow, or worse, with our customers. Please tell us what is going to change--and when?
