Resolved and monitoring Networking issue

    There is a networking issue that disrupts the connections to the SQL servers. Our system administrators are investigating the cause of the issue and should be able to find and resolve it soon.

    The issue was resolved. All connections should now work normally.
     
  3. My users are noticing problems with slow response times. It appears to me to have something to do with either connection to the database or slow running queries. There have been no changes to my site or database. Is this related to this morning's issue? Can you please check on it? Thanks!

    It's most likely related to the issue we were having. We also saw issues with MS SQL and MySQL database connections. However, this has now been resolved. If you see any more issues please open a support ticket.
