An issue affecting site connectivity is currently being investigated. Once more information is available, this forum post will be updated.

We're continuing to monitor network connectivity, but sites should again be responding normally.

  3. All of our sites were unreachable for about 2 minutes starting around 1:53 to 1:55 pm EST. 19 sites across 11 different logins experienced downtime. Please let us know 'why' so that we can write up incident reports.

We experienced networking issues which resulted in high latency affecting our customer's sites. Our engineers became aware of the network issue around 11am PST and the length of the incident was around 1 hour.

We first tried to determine if the latency was cuased by a DDOS attack, but we could not determine an attack target. After checking each port, we found all of them were saturated.

We then looked outward to our multiple IP connections. We found one line had routing issues. Once we disabled that line our hosting system stabilized. We are contacting the upstream provider to figure out what the issue was.

We understand that you rely on us for stable hosting and that any disruption in the hosting service is a disruption to your business. We apologize for the incident. We will be conducting a port-mortem and examining our procedures to see how we could speed up our network analysis.
