Emails not receiving

  1. I have set up a SmarterMail e-mail with my domain, but I can't receive most e-mails from people.

    Not even in Junk mail, just nowhere to be found.

    What should I do to fix this?

    It could be greylisting is enabled for the email account(s), which would be delaying delivery. If logged into the webmail interface, it's found by clicking Settings (gear icon), Account Settings and there will be a checkbox to Disable greylisting. When logged in as postmaster@ you can also edit other Users and Disable greylisting.
