Last week I activated SpamExperts for a client at DiscountASP.Net, and they were thrilled (actually, that's an understatement). They experienced an immediate reduction of spam equivalent to 30% of their total email volume. And not one false positive. Can you confirm the service being offered at Everleap is the same that is available at DASP (which I believe it is) ?
Lee, yes, it is the same service, and it works the same way. Your client isn't alone. A lot of people who start using it report similar reductions in spam "out of the box" - without making any adjustments to the system (but there are a lot of adjustments you can make).
