One of the reasons I signed up was a prominent mention of FTP over SSL in the marketing materials, but now that my site is up I don't see any instructions on setting up secure FTP. I did see the control panel item for enabling HTTPS, which goes down the path of purchasing an IP-specific certificate (and I'm still not sure if it supports FTP at that point). I thought the Shared SSL would be good enough, and I'd like to avoid the complexity of managing my own certificate store if I can. Any suggestions?
@EricF, we're still working on getting all the Knowledge Base articles up, so apologies for not having anything for you re: FTP over SSL. Until then, you can follow one of these FTP over SSL KBs at DiscountASP.NET. They should get you where you want to go. Where that KB mentions "alternate FTP address," you would use ftppub.everleap.com and the FTP login for your site. Other than that, the configuration should be the same.
