Does this mean that if no activity for the site has occurred recently that the site is spun down, and only reactivated again when a request comes in? (and because of that incurring a start up penalty (in time for the first new request)
Hi Bob For the shared cloud server, idle timeout is 30 minutes For Reserved Cloud Server, idle timeout is set to 8 hours. Also note that Everleap uses IIS 8.5 and it has a worker process page out feature that supposed to improve spin up time.
